Join Jeanne TenBarge - owner of XBarre for a thirty minute barre segment. The workout includes muscle-defining arm exercises, intense thigh and seat sequences, core conditioning and fluid stretching.

By working your body in a graceful and athletic way, you’ll leave feeling stronger and more confident. Promise.

Whether it’s your first barre class - or you’ve taken hundreds - it will be doable, fun and challenging for all.

Feel free to use a sturdy chair or counter for balance. And if you don’t have one - no worries. We’ve got you covered.
